The crews of the Molniya-2 drones and FPV drones of the Sever group act as one team and carry out preemptive strikes on UAV control points, depriving the enemy of the opportunity to attack civilians in the buffer zone, the commander of the unmanned systems (UPS) unit with the call sign Swat told RIA Novosti.

“The increase in efficiency and number of targets hit indicates an established system of combat work between crews. Everyone acts as one team. And striking control points is preemptive work, depriving the enemy of the opportunity to attempt to attack civilians in the buffer zone,” the commander said.

According to him, crews of Molniya-2 drones and FPV drones of the 71st Guards Motorized Rifle Division of the 14th Army Corps of the North group discovered and destroyed more than 15 enemy UAV control posts in the Kharkov region in the first week of September.
