The 2026 National Unified Examination for General College Admissions in Guangdong Province (referred to as the General College Entrance Examination) will be held from June 7th to 9th. In order to ensure that the exam is smooth and orderly and that all candidates can take the exam smoothly, the Provincial Education Examination Authority reminds the following matters:
1. Print the admission ticket in time
1. Candidates are asked to check key information such as name, candidate number, photo, ID number, test center name, etc. immediately after printing, carefully read and strictly abide by the "Instructions for Candidates" on the admission ticket.
2. No alteration or writing (including indented writing) is allowed on both sides of the admission ticket during the examination. Otherwise, if found during the examination, it will be treated as cheating. If you accidentally scribble or write something wrongly, you should reprint it before entering the closed area of the test center to ensure that the admission ticket is clean and compliant.
2. Scientifically plan the route to the exam and prepare standardized exam equipment
1. This year's college entrance examination coincides with the weekend and the "Dragon Boat Water" rainfall period. Candidates are advised to plan their itinerary and travel methods in advance based on the location of the examination center, examination time, weather and traffic conditions. For foreign language tests with listening skills, you will not be allowed to enter the examination room to take the listening test 15 minutes before the test starts. Other subjects will not be allowed to enter the closed area of the test center 15 minutes after the test starts. Please be sure to leave enough time for identity verification and security inspection before entering the test center to ensure a smooth test.

Candidates should purchase genuine 2B pencils through formal channels and fill in the information points on the answer sheet in a standardized manner, otherwise it will affect the scanning of the answer sheet.
3. Consciously cooperate with entry security checks

The general college entrance examination in our province continues to implement the "2+1" security inspection model, that is, candidates must pass "2 metal detectors + 1 smart security gate" inspection before entering the examination room. It is strictly prohibited to bring various wireless communication tools (such as mobile phones, wireless headsets, smart watches, smart bracelets, smart glasses, etc.), electronic storage and memory recording and playback equipment, correction fluid, correction tapes, opaque pencil cases (bags, covers), opaque water cups (including drinks) and other items into the closed area and examination room of the examination center. Candidates who are found to be carrying prohibited items such as mobile phones, smart glasses, smart watches, etc. during the entry security check must cooperate with the examination staff on the spot to register their name, test number and other personal information, and store the items as required.
2. Candidates must consciously obey the management of the examination staff and consciously accept safety inspections. They must not hinder the examination staff from performing their duties for any reason or disrupt the order of the examination. Before entering the test center, candidates are required to self-check whether they are carrying prohibited items. If they are, they can be handed over to the test center item storage point for storage (it only provides a storage place and is not responsible for the storage of stored items), or handed over to the leading teacher for safekeeping. 4. Strictly observe examination room disciplines and maintain examination fairness

3. Pay attention to examination-related scams and beware of criminals committing examination-related admissions fraud in the name of "leakage of real test questions" and "internal quotas". Resolutely do not believe in or participate in the criminal activities of "examination assistance". Do not take photos of your admission ticket and send them to online platforms such as Moments, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu to strictly prevent the leakage of personal information.
