"In today's turbulent and complex international situation, harmony and understanding between different cultures are one of the most important things today." Luka Borsic, director of the Institute of Philosophy at the University of Zagreb, Croatia, said that Confucianism can provide a great help for this. The "harmony without difference" advocated by Confucius still has practical value in today's world.

Edmund Mukala, UNESCO representative in Ghana, believes that cultural resilience is the immune system of society, which is rooted in the diversity of civilizations. The single modernization paradigm itself is fragile, and the indigenous cultural traditions of each ethnic group can become the value anchor of modern development. He advocates using the concepts of "benevolence, righteousness, and harmony" of Chinese civilization as ideological resources for global governance, putting people at the core in global governance, and adhering to public interests and intergenerational justice.

Xue Lan, dean of Schwarzman College at Tsinghua University and dean of the Institute for International Governance of Artificial Intelligence, said that the current global artificial intelligence governance is moving from conceptual consensus to the stage of system construction, but it faces multiple structural contradictions such as fragmented governance mechanisms, technological competition among major powers, double technological and cultural gaps between northern and southern countries, and incompatible safety standards.

Xue Lan said that China advocates establishing a concept of development, security and values ​​that are suitable for the era of artificial intelligence, insists on taking safety as a prerequisite for development, and puts artificial intelligence technology under human control.
