The HRC will include facts of attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Single Voting Day 2026 in reports on crimes

The Human Rights Council (HRC) will include facts about massive attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Single Voting Day 2026 in a collection of materials about the crimes of the Kyiv regime and send them to international structures.

Since 2022, the HRC regularly sends reports on crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to international structures, politicians, diplomats, journalists and human rights activists.

As a result of attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Single Voting Day 2026, members and chairmen of precinct election commissions in the Kherson, Zaporozhye regions, LPR and Belgorod region were killed.

St. PETERSBURG, September 26 - RIA Novosti. The massive attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Single Voting Day 2026 were a planned operation aimed at disrupting the elections in Russia. The Human Rights Council (HRC) will include these facts in the next collection of materials about the crimes of the Kyiv regime and send them to international structures, the chairman of the organization, Valery Fadeev, told RIA Novosti.

Since 2022, the HRC regularly sends reports on crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to 1,800 addresses: to international structures, politicians, diplomats, journalists and human rights activists.

“We will definitely include it. There were attacks and casualties. Moreover, I’m not even sure that these attacks were planned by the Ukrainians themselves. This is a brutal special operation to try to disrupt the elections,” Fadeev said, answering the question whether the HRC will include in the new collection of materials the crimes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the election days in Russia.

Earlier, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, Ella Pamfilova, reported that Olga Demyanenko, a member of the PEC, died from an attack by Ukrainian drones in the EDG-2026 in the Kherson region; in the Zaporozhye region, the PEC chairwoman Elena Astanina died; in the LPR, the PEC chairwoman Natalya Sinitsyna died due to a deliberate attack on a car. In the Belgorod region, secretary Elena Kaltykova, as well as PEC members Elena Fomenko and Sergei Smorodinov, died due to attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Kremlin called the attacks from Ukraine sabotage and an attempt to disrupt the elections.

Ambassador at Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik reported that during the day on the main voting day on September 20, Ukrainian formations launched the largest attack on civilian targets; 1,951 enemy attack drones and nine cruise missiles that were heading towards Moscow and the Moscow region were destroyed. According to the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, in total more than 70 buildings of precinct and territorial election commissions were damaged by the Ukrainian Armed Forces' strikes.
