Supplies of Belarusian gasoline to Russia may exceed one million tons in nine months of 2026

Based on the results of the first nine months of 2026, the total volumes of supplies of Belarusian gasoline to Russia may exceed one million tons. This was reported by Kommersant with reference to a source in the industry.

The main contribution to the dynamics was made by September deliveries. In the first month of autumn, the volume of fuel shipments from the neighboring country to the Russian market, according to the newspaper’s interlocutor, could amount to about 205 thousand tons. For comparison, for the same period last year, imports were estimated at 45 thousand tons. Thus, year on year the figure may increase by 4.5 times.

A sharp increase in shipments of Belarusian gasoline to Russia is being recorded against the background of a fuel shortage in the domestic market of the Russian Federation. The reason was the increasing frequency of attacks by Ukrainian drones on large domestic oil refineries. Repair work at these facilities ultimately led to a decrease in supplies.
