Fuling Customs is conducting a comparison and procurement of health examination services for active employees in 2026. Bidders who meet the qualifications are now invited to participate in the competition for this project. The procurement activities of this project will strictly implement government procurement policies such as energy conservation, environmental protection, support for underdeveloped areas and minority areas, and promotion of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Qualified bidders should first meet the basic conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law, and at the same time meet the specific qualifications set based on the characteristics of the project.

2. Have good business reputation and sound financial accounting system;

3. Have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract;

4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;

5. In the three years before participating in government procurement activities, there are no major illegal records in business activities;

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

(2) Specific qualifications

The bidder must be a professional medical examination institution with a valid "Medical Institution Practice License".

3. Obtaining comparison documents

Obtaining time: from October 13, 2026 to the deadline for submitting response documents.

Regardless of whether the supplier has downloaded it or not, the purchaser shall assume that the supplier has received the above information and is fully aware of the relevant comparison procurement process and matters.
