During the meeting, nine provincial law societies in Yunnan, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Zhejiang and other places exchanged experiences and gathered consensus and synergy in mutual learning to serve Chinese-style modernization with high-quality legal popularization.
This event is jointly sponsored by the China Law Society, the Ministry of Justice, and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League. Since its launch in May 2008, it has continuously organized and mobilized young legal popularization volunteers to go deep into the grassroots and work on the front lines to spread legal knowledge, cultivate legal beliefs, promote the spirit of the rule of law, and help promote the continuous improvement of the concept of the rule of law in the whole society. According to incomplete statistics, more than 12 million legal popularization volunteers have been organized to participate in the activities, and more than 11 million online and offline legal popularization activities have been carried out, with an audience of 400 million people.
During the exchange, law societies from various regions shared innovative practices with unique characteristics. The Yunnan Provincial Law Society innovatively uses the integrated work method of "law popularization + grassroots governance + conflict resolution + homicide prevention and control" to focus on key areas, key conflicts, and key groups with precise efforts, and social security continues to improve; the Fujian Provincial Law Society's "Kuilong Youth" characteristic law popularization brand pioneered the two-way empowerment model of "learning input, practice output, review and improvement", which is effective It has solved the dilemma of young people passively learning the law, with low participation and difficult to achieve lasting results in traditional legal popularization. The Heilongjiang Provincial Law Society promotes "rule of law + national characteristics" and integrates legal knowledge into intangible cultural heritage works such as the fish skin paintings of the Hezhen ethnic group and the Mosukun rap of the Oroqen ethnic group. It tells the story of the rule of law in the national language and effectively builds the sense of the Chinese nation's community in a tangible and tangible way.

During the meeting, participants also conducted on-the-spot investigations into the rule of law cultural practice sites such as Harbin Nangang District Comprehensive Management Center, Harbin Aircraft Industry Group Co., Ltd. of the Aviation Industry Corporation of China, and the Evidence Exhibition Hall of the 731st Unit of the Japanese Invaders to learn about the participation of young legal popularization volunteers in legal consultation, conflict resolution, corporate rule of law services, and rule of law publicity and education.
