WHEN WILL KPSS 2026/2 CENTRAL APPOINTMENT PREFERENCES START?

According to the 2026 placement calendar announced by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), the second central appointment dates of the year have been finalized. KPSS 2026/2 central placement preference procedures for civil servant positions in public institutions and organizations will start on Thursday, December 17, 2026. The preference notification process for candidates will end on Thursday, December 24, 2026.

During this specified period, candidates will be able to submit their preferences through the system for public positions suitable for their KPSS scores and graduation status (undergraduate, associate degree, secondary education). In this central appointment process, civil servants will be recruited directly based on superiority of points, without requiring an interview.
