К 2030 году количество россиян в возрасте от 30 до 34 лет упадет на 2,82 миллиона человек, в группе 35-39 лет — на 3,41 миллиона, а 60-64 года — на 2,03 миллиона. Увеличение в других возрастных группах такое сокращение перекрыть не сможет.

Частично провал смягчает миграция, но полностью решить проблему она не в состоянии. Чистый суммарный миграционный приток в 2025-2030 годах компания оценивает в 1,35 миллиона человек, при этом на рабочие профессии приходятся только 42 процента из них, то есть немногим более 550 тысяч.

Вторым негативным фактором стало изменение профессиональной структуры поколений. Если в группах 50-59 лет и 60-64 года доля рабочих составляла 34,9 процента и 40,2 процента, то в группах 20-29 лет и 30-34 года — только 28,8 процента и 28,5 процента соответственно.

В ЭКОПСИ указывают, что пока предприятиям удается закрывать свои потребности за счет сверхурочных работ и дополнительных смен, но эти способы компенсации дефицита рабочей силы постепенно перестанут работать.
