When Taipei mayoral candidate Shen Boyang of the Democratic Progressive Party attended an event yesterday (22nd), he continued to be questioned about the construction of the "Wind-Hong Kong Special Bicycle Bridge across the Keelung River" directly leading to the Neihu Science and Technology Park. The Taipei City Government believes that the problem is that the Windward Riverside Park involves strict restrictions under the Water Conservancy Act. Will it consider seeking a solution from the Water Resources Department? In response, Shen responded that if there are restrictions, we should find ways to break through them.
