박인환 우정사업본부장은 "추석은 감사의 마음을 전하는 가장 큰 명절로, 국민이 접수하는 소포우편물을 안전하게 배달할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"며 "일시적 물량 폭증으로 일부 우편물 배달이 지연될 수 있는 점 이해를 부탁드린다"고 말했다.
