A high school student in New Taipei City was stabbed and sent to the hospital. Chang Gungung, Keelung: His vital signs have been restored and he is undergoing surgery.

Zhan Yisheng, deputy director of Keelung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, stated that the student's vital signs have recovered.

An accident occurred in New Taipei City this afternoon in which a junior stabbed his senior. The senior who was stabbed in the neck with a sharp object was sent to Keelung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital for emergency treatment. Vice President Zhan Yisheng pointed out that the student had no breathing and heartbeat (OHCA) before arriving at the hospital. After rescue, his vital signs were restored and he is currently undergoing surgery.

Zhan Yisheng pointed out that 119 sent the student to Keelung Chang Gung Memorial Emergency Department at 4:36 pm. The hospital immediately activated the trauma emergency team, and the emergency, surgical, anesthesia and nursing teams jointly rescued the student. After active treatment such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the patient's heartbeat resumed. Currently, his blood pressure is stable and his vital signs have recovered. The thoracic and vascular surgeon performed an emergency operation. During the current operation, the patient's life safety continues to be the top priority and all efforts are made to treat the patient.

New Taipei City Mayor Hou Youyi and Keelung Mayor Xie Guoliang went to the hospital to visit and express condolences to the family members in the evening, and asked the hospital to provide full treatment.
