金門地檢署表示，檢方掌握相當事證後，先將王姓樁腳及選民、證人通知到案，檢察官漏夜偵訊後，認該候選人及王姓樁腳2人均涉犯違反公職人員選舉罷免法第99條第1項投票交付賄賂罪嫌重大，且有相當理由認為有逃亡、勾串共犯、證人及滅證之虞，今天上午向金門地院聲請羈押獲准。
