MOSCOW, September 28 - RIA Novosti. 3.5 million voters made direct proposals to the people's program of United Russia, said party chairman and deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Putin on Monday met with the leadership of political parties that entered the State Duma following the election results.

“3.5 million voters made direct proposals for the program, which is even more than the number of party members,” he said.
