〔記者陳永吉／台北報導〕由於近年臺股交易熱絡，股市日均成交值動輒超過兆元，投資人參與度亦持續攀升。為確保市場在高交易量下維持安全順暢運行，集保結算所總經理陳德鄉表示，近期集保已順利完成證券核心系統優化，本次優化聚焦三大面向，其中之一就是系統成交資料的最大處理容量再提升30%以上。

陳德鄉表示，近期臺股交投活絡，單日最大成交筆數1152萬餘筆已達歷史天量，雖距集保結算所系統處理量能仍有不小差距，但集保結算所已預先透過優化運算程式與資料庫維護架構，將系統成交資料的最大處理容量再提升30%以上，確保即便未來市場出現極大交易量，所有買賣交割與對帳作業依然順暢、不塞車。

此外近年證券商有價證券借貸作業交易量逐年成長，原與證交所資料交換採即時逐筆交易辦理，經優化後改以多工處理架構，效能提高5倍以上，有效縮短帳務撥轉的等待時間。

另因應小資存股族大增，針對深受市場青睞的定期定額業務，全面優化為「檔案到位即時處理」，證券商傳送資料後即可同步核算，大幅縮短分配結果產出時間，每日定期定額最大處理容量自770萬筆提升至2,000萬筆以上，不僅提升證券商查詢與核帳作業效率，也讓投資人更快確認扣款與存股明細。
