MOSCOW, September 24 - RIA Novosti. A Russian was detained in the Moscow region while transporting a particularly large consignment of drugs, and more than 300 kilograms of cocaine were seized, the FSB Central Operations Center reported.

“The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation suppressed the illegal activities of a Russian citizen, born in 2001, who was involved in organizing an international smuggling channel for the supply of especially large quantities of cocaine from Latin America to the states of the European Union for the purpose of subsequent illegal sale,” the statement says.

It is noted that the unemployed young man is one of the active participants in an organized criminal drug gang, specializing in the illegal sale of narcotic drugs on an especially large scale in a non-contact manner through shadow Internet resources.

A drug dealer was caught red-handed by FSB officers while transporting a particularly large batch of drugs in the Moscow region. As a result of the operation, 311.6 kilograms of cocaine were seized from illicit trafficking, the FSB said.
