Residents of Nizhny Tagil convicted of kidnapping were accused of putting pressure on the victim

Two residents of Nizhny Tagil, convicted of kidnapping a man, were accused of putting pressure on the victim. The prosecutor's office of the Sverdlovsk region reported this to Lenta.ru.

According to the department, two men born in 1997, trying to avoid responsibility, threatened the victim, who testified against them in a criminal case. The attackers threatened him with violence, and one of them hit the man in the chest. As a result, the victim nevertheless testified, and the men were convicted under Articles 163 (“Extortion with the use of violence”), 226 (“Theft of weapons”), 112 (“Intentional infliction of moderate harm to health”) and 126 (“Kidnapping”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Now they will also appear in court for forcing them to give false testimony.
