Together with a group of 17 people, she went to the mountains and disappeared while picking berries and mushrooms.

“In the Oka Soyot municipal district, large-scale search and rescue efforts are continuing to establish the whereabouts of a woman born in 1968, who was lost on August 29, 2026 in the area of ​​Mount Butu-Gol,” the agency’s interlocutor said.

As of Monday morning, 336 square kilometers of mountainous terrain, woodland and river trails had been surveyed. The search area included the Balagan area, the Zhokhoy River and the trail to Mount Butu-Gol.
