The National Chiao Tung University stated that a squadron directly under its direct control was passing through the intersection of Section 3 of Daxing West Road and Daji Street in Taoyuan District a few days ago. They found a ready-mixed concrete truck driven by Tian Nan. The truck was heavy and suspected of being overloaded. They immediately stepped forward to conduct an inspection. Unexpectedly, when Tian Nan got out of the car to cooperate with the inspection, the police smelled a strong odor of alcohol coming from his body. After checking the alcohol concentration in accordance with the law, the police A blow test showed that the alcohol level reached 0.25mg/L, which reached the standard for a public danger crime.
