MOSCOW, September 25 – RIA Novosti. A public and business complex will appear in the Khoroshevsky district, one of the key advantages of which will be high transport accessibility. The facility will be built as part of the city program for stimulating the creation of employment opportunities (MPT), said Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov.
“On the instructions of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, new business centers are being created taking into account their integration into the capital’s transport system in order to provide convenient access to jobs for residents of different parts of the city. The new office complex in the north of Moscow will be located near four metro stations and Leningradsky Prospekt, one of the city’s key thoroughfares. Thanks to this, the road to the historical center of the capital will take about 15 minutes, and to Sheremetyevo Airport - on average 25 minutes,” Liksutov said, his words are quoted by the press service of the city Department of Investment and Industrial Policy (DIPP).
The deputy mayor added that this location will expand employment opportunities for residents of the north and north-west of Moscow and create attractive conditions for locating offices and headquarters of large companies.
The new business center will become part of the emerging “Big City” cluster and the Leningrad business corridor.
“The program to stimulate the creation of places of employment allows us to form a new business geography of Moscow, creating large employment centers in different districts of the capital and expanding the choice of modern workspaces for citizens. As part of the program, a new office complex with a total area of over 200 thousand square meters will appear. The scale of the project will allow the formation of a full-fledged center of business activity, where about 11 thousand people will be able to work after the facility is put into operation,” noted Moscow Government Minister, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Anatoly Garbuzov.
Earlier, Mosgosstroynadzor issued a permit for the construction of a facility on a land plot of 1.8 hectares.
“The offices will occupy 119 thousand square meters. After receiving a notification from the developer about the start of construction and installation work, an inspection schedule will be drawn up. Specialists from the subordinate Center of Expertise will be involved in on-site activities to carry out a set of laboratory and instrumental studies of building materials and structures for compliance with the requirements of design documentation,” explained Anton Slobodchikov, Chairman of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Authority.
The complex will consist of two towers 33 and 43 floors high, united by an underground part and a stylobate with an usable roof. A park with an area of about 7 thousand square meters will be created there. The project also includes retail premises, catering establishments and a medical facility.
As Anna Usatova, commercial director of the Dar developer, said, for residents of the north and north-west of Moscow, the location of the facility will significantly reduce travel time to work compared to trips to the business center.
“We are helping the city solve the problem of reducing the load on the central nodes of the city’s transport system, as well as increasing the mobility of the working population, while creating infrastructure that helps meet everyday needs. In addition to jobs directly in offices, the Pole business center also stimulates the development of related areas - from delivery services and catering to cleaning companies and retail. Thus, the project contributes to the long-term economic development of the north-western regions of Moscow,” added Usatova.
The program to stimulate the creation of places of employment has been implemented since 2020 and has covered almost all districts of the capital. Investors will build about 330 objects with a total area of about 11 million square meters.
Among them are new industrial enterprises, office and shopping centers, educational, cultural and sports institutions.
