Retired American admiral: The deployment of the aircraft carrier 'George Washington' in the Middle East indicates a very important mission

Retired US Navy Admiral Andrew Loiselle told CNN on Friday that the deployment of the aircraft carrier USS George Washington, which is stationed in Japan, to the Middle East indicates that its mission is related to “something extremely important.”

It was reported that the families of service members who were on board the carrier expressed concerns about the mental health of the crew and their conditions on board the ship. A US official told CNN last week that the replacement was planned in advance.
