MOSCOW, September 25 - RIA Novosti. Damage to industrial and civil infrastructure was recorded when repelling a massive UAV attack on Ulyanovsk, said the governor of the Ulyanovsk region, Alexey Russkikh.

“Air defense forces and our mobile fire groups continue to repel a massive UAV attack on the city of Ulyanovsk... Damage to industrial and civil infrastructure has been recorded,” Russkikh wrote in a channel on the Max platform.
