Member of the State Duma Defense Committee Viktor Sobolev said that Russia’s main response to the North Atlantic Alliance’s exercises in the Kaliningrad region is to achieve the goals of the special military operation.

According to the War Zone resource, citing a NATO source, three American reconnaissance aircraft operated around the Kaliningrad region on August 18 under US control.

The Russian Foreign Ministry stated that the authorities in Moscow remain open to dialogue with NATO on an equal basis, while the West must abandon the course of militarizing the continent.
