In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, searches were carried out at the ministry after the death of people from bears

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry of the Krasnoyarsk Territory conducted searches after the deaths of people from bears. TASS reports this.

The case is being investigated under the article of negligence. During the searches, documentation was confiscated.

As Lenta.ru was told by the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia, six people were killed by brown bears. According to investigators, the ministry, which was entrusted with the responsibility of counting the number of animals, did not respond to reports from residents about predators entering populated areas. All the circumstances of the incident are being established.
