MOSCOW, September 26 - RIA Novosti. Military pensions in Russia will be indexed by 4% from October 1, 2026, Yevgeny Masharov, a member of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on public control and work with citizens’ appeals, told RIA Novosti.

“The military pension will be indexed by 4% from October 1, 2026. This parameter is enshrined in the law on the federal budget for 2026-2028,” Masharov said.

He clarified that the increase is tied to the increase in pay for active military personnel and law enforcement officers and will take place automatically.
