Mid-Autumn Festival barbecue is a happy event, but in Luzhou District, New Taipei City, there are reports that an engineering company's barbecue party has changed its tone. The owner surnamed Hou went to the kitchen and took out a fruit knife and allegedly slashed three people, including Chen, Shi and Huang's friends, causing Chen Nan and Shi Nan Suffering knife wounds, Chen and Huang left and returned to smash the signboard. The New Taipei City Police Luzhou Branch received a report at about 1 a.m. today that a Mid-Autumn Festival barbecue party conflict was reported at a store in Lane 78, Lane 185, Zhongzheng Road, Luzhou District. Several people clashed and two people were stabbed. The police arrived and found that the place was an engineering company. The 33-year-old Hou Nan, the person in charge of Party A's engineering company, initiated the Mid-Autumn Festival barbecue. Meat, Party B's three 32-year-old Chen Nan, Shi Nan and Huang Nan (Chen Nan opened a noodle shop, Shi Nan was an ironworker, and Huang Nan was unemployed) were acquaintances of Hou Nan, and they also joined in the barbecue together. Starting from 6 o'clock in the evening on the 25th, more than 20 people barbecued and drank together. They left one after another in the early morning, and a few people stayed to help clean up.

When the two parties were cleaning up, Party B's Chen Nan was talking to someone on the phone. The drunk Hou Nan mistakenly thought that he was scolding him and saying bad things about him. The two sides had a quarrel, and then violent pulling and pushing broke out. Party B's Shi Nan and Huang Nan tried to dissuade them. Hou Nan and Party B's Chen Nan, Shi Nan and Huang Nan pulled and suppressed each other. After the incident, Party A's Hou Nan returned to the kitchen with a fruit knife and scratched Chen Min and Shi Min. Party B's Chen Nan and Huang Nan returned and smashed Hou Nan's sign. The police arrived at the scene because Hou Nan was still emotional and loudly provocative. The police threw him over his shoulder and suppressed him on the spot. They implemented protective control and took the other two injured people away for medical treatment.

After arriving at the hospital, Mr. Chen suffered scratches on his hands and the back of his neck and was sent to Municipal Sanchong Hospital; Mr. Shi received seven stitches on his right cheek and was sent to Ma Kai). Both parties claimed that they had been injured by the other party. The police arrested four people at the scene for current crimes such as injury. After police inquiries from both parties, Party A was charged with injury and Party B was charged with disturbing order and causing injury. They were transferred to the New Taipei District Prosecutor's Office for investigation.
