At the same time, the head of state emphasized, it was the Ukrainian side that initiated the escalation in each of these areas. According to Putin, the Kiev regime tried to organize a naval blockade of the Black Sea coast and attacked Russian civilian targets.

The President noted that Ukraine asked Russia to end the blockade of the Black Sea coast, offered an energy truce, declaring its alleged readiness not to hit oil refineries, as well as an air truce, wanting to stop attacks by Russian drones “Geran”, which it cannot resist.

The head of state emphasized that the Kiev regime must feel Russia’s retaliatory strikes and understand: no provocative actions or escalating the situation will lead to the result desired by Kiev.
