MOSCOW, September 6 - RIA Novosti. The Satyricon Theater is asking the Moscow Arbitration Court to recover about 4.1 billion rubles from the construction company Eurostroypodryad, according to court documents reviewed by RIA Novosti.

The statement of claim was received by the court on September 1 and has not yet been accepted for consideration. The grounds for the claims have not yet been explained. As a third party, the plaintiff requests that Art-Invest LLC be brought into the dispute.

A day earlier, Satyricon filed another lawsuit against Eurostroypodryad in the same court. It states a “duty” requirement, but there are no details in the court materials yet. A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for October 13.
