SIRIUS, September 28 - RIA Novosti. The volume of production of computers, electronic and optical products in Russia last year amounted to more than 4 trillion rubles, and this year the positive dynamics continue, said Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

“The volume of production of computers, electronic and optical products at the end of last year is estimated at more than four trillion rubles, which is almost 20% higher than the previous period. This positive trend continues this year,” he said in a video message to participants of the Microelectronics 2026 forum.

Mishustin emphasized that new enterprises are being created throughout the country, including in the Far East. Significant projects are being implemented there for the construction of factories for the production of photoelectronic converters and microwave components, without which no modern communication or navigation system can do.
