Primorye authorities signed 43 agreements at the EEF 2026, 26 of them investment

During the Eastern Economic Forum, the Primorye authorities signed 43 agreements, 26 of which are investment agreements.

At the forum, Russian President Vladimir Putin launched 10 new production facilities and projects, six of them in the Primorsky Territory.

Primorye authorities at the EEF held meetings with colleagues from China and Belarus, and also established new partnerships with Pakistan, Myanmar, Italy, Uzbekistan and the Philippines.

VLADIVOSTOK, September 11 – RIA Novosti. The authorities of Primorye signed 43 agreements during the Eastern Economic Forum, including 26 investment agreements, the regional government reports.

“On the sidelines of the EEF 2026, the government of Primorye signed 43 agreements, 26 of which are investment agreements, 14 concluded in the areas of economics, education, tourism and labor productivity, and three more on social partnership,” the statement says.

Among the major projects are the creation of a microelectronic complex with an investment of 35.3 billion rubles, the construction of the Elena Bay hotel complex with an investment of 6 billion rubles, as well as the development of the Khasan transport and logistics center with a planned investment of 3.2 billion rubles. The total investment in projects will be 44.5 billion rubles.

The head of Primorye Oleg Kozhemyako noted that the forum gives a start to new projects.

“By declaring them, representatives take on high responsibility before the president of our country, before the forum participants,” the governor is quoted as saying.

At the forum, Russian President Vladimir Putin launched 10 new production facilities and projects, six of them in the Primorsky Territory. These are the Nakhodka Mineral Fertilizer Plant, the renovation of a container terminal in Vladivostok, the production of medicines at a pharmaceutical plant in Ussuriysk, regular trains from China, two scientific and educational complexes at the Russky INTC and a new substation in the Shkotovsky District.

Also at the forum, “School 21” was opened, construction of a building materials plant was launched in the “Bolshoi Kamen” industrial park, and a resident of the Avexima Institute of Technology and Technology opened an experimental production. In addition, a presentation of the exposition “Job Bank of the Future of Primorye” took place at the local branch of the national center “Russia”.
