According to reports, scenarios are specific situations used to systematically verify the industrial application of new technologies, new products, and new business formats, as well as supporting infrastructure, business models, and institutional policies. They are a bridge connecting technology and industry, opening up R&D and the market, and an important carrier to promote the integrated development of technological innovation and industrial innovation.
