The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus spoke about a sinking unipolar world and chaos from the West

Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov said that the unipolar world is sinking, and Western elites, trying to hold it back, are wreaking havoc.

Belarus and the countries of the Global Majority are choosing a different path and building a multipolar and fair world of equal states.

UN, September 26 - RIA Novosti. The unipolar world is sinking, and Western elites, trying in vain to keep it afloat, are only sowing chaos, Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov said on Saturday.

“The unipolar world is sinking. The elites of the West, accustomed to domination, are trying to keep it afloat, but in their futile efforts they only sow chaos. Belarus and the countries of the Global Majority do not want to sink with the wreckage of this ship and choose a different path,” the minister said during a speech at the general political discussion of the UN General Assembly session in New York.

“We are building a multipolar and fair world of equal states in the interests of our peoples,” Ryzhenkov said.

He noted that a special priority for Minsk is the topic of ensuring Eurasian security. The minister recalled that since 2023, the country has been successfully holding an international conference on this topic, at which experts from different parts of Eurasia discuss ways to solve the continent’s problems.
