There may be places where frost falls mainly in the inland parts of the country.

It is predicted that there will be ice in some areas of eastern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, inland Chungcheong region, northeastern Jeollabuk-do, and northern inland and mountainous regions of Gyeongbuk.

There may be rain in the morning in Seoul, Incheon, and the west coast of Gyeonggi Province.

The expected precipitation is around 5 mm in the 5th West Sea, and around 1 mm in Seoul, Incheon, and the west coast of Gyeonggi Province.

In the inland areas of northern Gyeonggi Province and northwestern Chungcheongnam-do, raindrops of less than 0.1 mm may fall in some places from morning to daytime.

The lowest morning temperature is forecast to be 0 to 9 degrees, and the highest daytime temperature is forecast to be 15 to 19 degrees.

Between dawn and morning, there are places where the visibility is less than 1km, mainly in the inland of Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Chungbuk, South Chungcheong, Jeonbuk, Jeonnam, and Gyeongsang, so be careful about traffic safety.

The sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 m in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.0 m in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 m in the South Sea.

The wave height of the deep inner sea (the sea within about 200 km of the coastline) is expected to be 0.5 to 2.5 m in the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 m in the West Sea.
