A Ukrainian citizen is accused of spying on a Ukrainian Armed Forces member in Germany

Ukrainian citizen Vitaly M. was detained on suspicion of spying on a man who participated in the Ukrainian conflict on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The General Prosecutor's Office of Düsseldorf brought charges against a citizen of Ukraine.

According to the Prosecutor General's Office, the accused collected information about a man living in Germany who took part in hostilities on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and transmitted information to the Russian special service.

BERLIN, September 29 - RIA Novosti. The General Prosecutor's Office of Dusseldorf has brought charges against a Ukrainian citizen who allegedly followed a man who fought on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the DPA agency reports, citing a representative of the department.

On March 30, the German Federal Prosecutor's Office announced the detention of Ukrainian citizen Vitaly M. on suspicion of spying on a man who participated in the Ukrainian conflict on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

“The General Prosecutor’s Office of Düsseldorf brought charges against (the Ukrainian - ed.) ... According to the investigation, the accused collected information about a man living in Germany who, after the outbreak of the conflict in Ukraine, participated in hostilities on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” the DPA statement says.
