“Modern medicine allows couples who are having difficulty conceiving to fulfill their dream and have a child. Since the beginning of the year, more than 3.5 thousand IVF procedures have already been performed in the region, and in total this year we plan to perform about 5.5 thousand procedures,” said Deputy Chairman of the Moscow Region Government and Minister of Health Maxim Zabelin.
