[Reporter Lu Yangxuan/Comprehensive Report] The 4th Youth Olympic Games will be held for the first time in Dhaka, the capital of Senegal, a West African country, from October 31 to November 13. 80 delegation members will soon go to Africa to prepare for the competition. In order to support young athletes to compete safely, the Chinese Olympic Games once again cooperated with Taiwan Toyo Pharmaceutical Industry Co., Ltd. for public welfare. Toyo donated cellular influenza vaccines to add support for the delegation's health preparation before departure.

The Youth Olympic Games is an official international event organized by the International Olympic Games. This year's Youth Olympic Games moved to Africa for the first time, writing a new page in the history of the Olympic movement. A total of 80 people participated in this delegation, including 37 underage young athletes, who will participate in 17 sports competitions. For young athletes, setting foot on African soil to participate in a large-scale international event for the first time is not only the accumulation of competitive experience, but also an important opportunity to communicate with athletes of the same generation from around the world and expand their horizons. The delegation will also make various training and health preparations before departure to welcome this unique Youth Olympics.

Taking into account that during the event, athletes will not only have to adapt to the local environment, but also communicate closely with athlete teams from various countries. In order to reduce the impact of respiratory infectious diseases such as influenza on the delegation, the China Olympics has specially joined hands with Taiwan Toyo to strengthen health preparations and received a donation of charity cell influenza vaccine from it to establish a more comprehensive health protection for the delegation.

This is not the first public welfare cooperation between the Chinese Olympic Games and Taiwan Toyo.
