Russia and China are discussing travel by citizens in private cars

Russians will be able to travel to China in their own cars in the future. Moscow and Beijing are discussing this possibility, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the Russian Federation Andrei Rudenko said in an interview with TASS.

The diplomat emphasized that after the introduction of visa-free travel between countries, there has been a high interest in such travel. “The issue of preparing an appropriate legal basis for their organization is currently being discussed by the relevant departments of the two countries,” Rudenko added.

Strengthening trade and economic ties between Russia and China is also on the agenda. For this, it is necessary to organize “seamless transport and logistics routes.”
