〔記者陳永吉／台北報導〕專注於特殊學名藥開發的漢達生技（6620）昨（4）盤後公告，該公司研發的多靶點癌症505（b）（2）新藥HND-039，遭原廠Exelixis提出美國專利訴訟，導致漢達今日股價跳空跌停，加上昨天已「預先」跌停，等於已連吃兩根跌停。

今日截至9:46分，漢達股價緊鎖跌停100.5元，成交量1189張，跌停委賣張數約1200張。

原本被漢達寄予厚望的HND-039，8月取得美國FDA核發的上市許可，原本預估今年第四季在美國上市，且除了原廠藥外，沒有其他學名藥競爭對手，將與原廠共享每年21億美元（約新台幣680億元）的市場價值，帶動漢達股價在9月中旬一度漲至155元。
