기존 청담동 골목형상점가의 경우 인접 상권을 추가로 포함하면서 지정 면적이 기존 5천16㎡에서 7천214㎡로 확대됐다.

구역 내 점포도 124곳에서 138곳으로 늘었다.

골목형상점가로 지정되면 온누리상품권 가맹 등록이 가능해지고, 중소벤처기업부·서울시 등이 추진하는 각종 상권 활성화 공모사업에 참여할 수 있다.

김현기 구청장은 "이번 신규 지정과 구역 확대로 더 많은 소상공인이 온누리상품권 가맹과 상권 지원사업에 참여할 수 있는 기반이 마련됐다"며 "앞으로도 지역 특색을 살린 골목상권을 발굴하고, 상권별 맞춤형 지원을 통해 지역경제 활성화로 이어지도록 하겠다"고 말했다.
