据介绍，欧洲商业与创新中心协会的会员网络覆盖全球40多个国家。通过此次认证，宁波诺丁汉大学李达三孵化园的创新创业项目可直接对接欧盟商业孵化网络中心的机构，国际创新项目和科创企业也可借助该孵化园进入中国市场。

皮耶特罗·德·马蒂诺认为，中国不仅是一个蕴藏机遇的市场，更是一个创新实验室，“这次协作可以让协会的其他初创企业与中国的初创企业携手合作，促进欧洲和中国的协同创新。”

当日，以宁波诺丁汉大学李达三孵化园等平台为核心载体的宁波市高校技术转移中心暨宁波诺丁汉大学国际科技园同步启用，多份战略合作完成签约，36氪李达三孵化园入驻证书授予仪式同步举行。
