Chen Li, the Chinese Consul General in New York, said in his speech that over the past 77 years, China has gone from being in dire straits to becoming prosperous and powerful, and the fruits of development have benefited thousands of households. China is willing to share development opportunities with other countries. This year is a great year for Sino-US relations. The two heads of state exchanged visits within half a year, creating a history of Sino-US exchanges and a milestone.
