6 Suspects were Sent to the Courthouse in the Capital Markets Law Investigation

The judicial process and operations continue to deepen in the fund investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office within the scope of the crime of "Opposition to the Capital Markets Law".

At the final stage of the investigation, 6 more suspects, whose interrogations at the police station were completed, were sent to the courthouse, while the statements and procedures of the remaining 15 suspects at the police station continue.

6 SUSPECTS WERE REFERRED TO THE COURTHOUSE

The identities of the 6 suspects who were transferred to the courthouse after the police interrogation processes were completed were revealed:

1. Tera Portföy Chairman of the Board of Directors Erdin ÖZEL

2. Tera Yatırım / Portfolio CEO Emir Münür SARPYENER

3. Fatmagül LAFÇI, who is called the local Adriana Lima

4. Bolkan BEKÇİ

5. Hasan DÖRTKARDEŞ

6. İbrahim Halil RAT

The 15 suspects who were detained were referred to the courthouse one by one, after their interrogation and document supply processes at the police station continued.
