Kocheshkova recommends checking the list of applications with camera permission once a month, disabling the camera in the device manager if it is not in use, and not installing programs from unverified sources.

The expert noted that there is no mass round-the-clock surveillance of random users, since the constant transmission of a video stream loads the channel and processor, but infection can be massive, and attention can be selective.
