Non-party legislator Gao Jin Sumei's "big accountant" Zhang Junjie jumped bail and absconded. It is understood that another mysterious man was suspected of helping destroy electronic bracelets in Da'an Forest Park. The prosecutors followed the lead and arrested Mr. Pan in Yunlin the day before yesterday. He was transferred to the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office for review yesterday. Late at night, he filed a ban on the case with the court.

Mysterious male assistant destroyed electronic bracelet and fled south after committing the crime

After Zhang Junjie left his residence on the 6th, his electronic bracelet issued an alarm that night. The judge and the police conducted a location search and found the severed bracelet in the flower garden next to the toilet in Daan Forest Park in the early morning of the next day. Zhang was nowhere to be found. The Taipei District Court immediately issued a wanted order and reported him on suspicion of damaging public property.

It is understood that the prosecutors originally focused their investigation on how Zhang destroyed the electronic bracelet, but now they have learned that another mysterious man was suspected of assisting at the time of the crime. This man was not Pan Xinyi. He was extremely cautious after leaving Da'an Forest Park, hiding his whereabouts along the way and moving south, suspected of intending to cut off the tracing clues.

The task force followed the surveillance cameras, communications and traffic tracks of the two before and after they left the scene, and found out that Pan Xinyi was suspected of being an intermediary during the two's escape south, assisting in contacting the person's car and subsequent travel. After completing his mission, Pan did not stay where he was, and immediately went south to avoid the limelight in an attempt to avoid detection.

However, the prosecutors already knew Pan Nan's whereabouts and went to Yunlin the day before yesterday to arrest him and bring him to trial. When Pan was transferred to Beijing Prosecution Service yesterday afternoon, he asked impatiently when facing the media filming: "What are you filming?" After the prosecutor resumed the interrogation, they admitted that Pan was suspected of assisting Zhang Junjie to escape, and requested to be detained late at night on charges of hiding a criminal.

The prosecutor's investigation revealed that Zhang Junjie was not transported by a single person throughout his escape. Instead, multiple people provided vehicles, transportation, and accommodation in sections. He moved repeatedly between Tainan, Chiayi, Yunlin, and Kaohsiung, creating breakpoints in his whereabouts by constantly changing vehicles, people, and turning back across counties and cities.

The responders that have been identified so far include Zhou Huankai, who is suspected of providing the vehicle, Chen Junhan, who is responsible for driving the car, Chen Yanan, who lends the commercial vehicle, and Pan Xinyi, who is the intermediary and rents a car. The prosecutors traced the statements, communications and vehicle records of the four people, and found that more people were suspected of being involved in the coordination behind Zhang Junjie. In addition to tracking down the mysterious man who helped destroy the electronic bracelet, they also continued to clarify how many people provided vehicles, cash, mobile phones, hiding places or smuggling channels.
