Церемония вручения Международной премии мира имени Льва Толстого президенту Вьетнама То Ламу прошла в Кремле в среду.

Владимир Толстой пояснил, что был найден оригинал статьи Хо Шим Мина о писателе Льве Толстом. Статья была написана основателем вьетнамского государства к 50-летней годовщине смерти русского классика.

"Его очень попросили написать какие-то слова о Толстом. И он, несмотря на свою занятость невероятную, в эти дни, находясь здесь, написал этот текст", - пояснил Владимир Толстой.

"Президент подарит лидеру Вьетнама оригинал этой публикации", - рассказал он журналистам.
