Cross-border e-commerce exports at Shanghai Port increased by 28.7% in the first eight months, and the number of manifests at Pudong Airport hit a record high

Shanghai Pudong International Airport's cross-border e-commerce list of votes has ranked first in China's air transport for three consecutive years. In the first eight months of this year, the overall declaration volume of the import and export cross-border e-commerce list at the Pudong International Airport port reached 578 million, with a goods value of 57.526 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 41.37% and 6.62% respectively. Lin Dapeng, deputy chief of the Material Control and Inspection Section of Songjiang Customs, said: "We embed customs supervision into the warehousing and logistics operations of enterprises, supplemented by 'non-intrusive' intelligent inspection equipment, so that most goods can achieve customs clearance without any sense."
