MOSCOW, September 28 - RIA Novosti. The head of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, Ella Pamfilova, noted the escalation of cyber aggression during the past State Duma elections, saying that over 14.7 million cyber threats were recorded on voting days.

“I would say this: escalation, unprecedented cyber aggression. Well, I can’t express it any other way... if you compare it even with the data that, it would seem, during the presidential elections we had an unprecedented level of cyber aggression, but now they have outdone themselves: 28 million potentially dangerous impacts on all our digital resources of the Central Election Commission, this is during the election campaign,” Pamfilova said at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
