奇美醫學中心院長林宏榮說,健康促進也可以從孩子的一次旅行、一幅畫作,甚至一個親子共同完成的任務開始,透過活動將醫療專業從院內延伸至家庭與社區,也將大學幼兒教育研究量能、結合奇美博物館豐富的動物標本、藝術、雕塑,以及樂器典藏,讓原本較抽象的健康知識轉化為孩子「看得到、找得到、畫得出來、做得到」的生活經驗,從幼兒時期開始扎根。
活動有3大亮點,首先是「排灣族文化 × 藝術尋寶」,小朋友與現場貴賓探索「北極熊」標本、羅丹《沉思者》雕塑,以及《音樂的寓意》畫作等館藏,從孩子熟悉的生活經驗出發,將部落常見的老鷹與貓頭鷹轉化為「眼睛健康」。
另外還有「找動物、找蔬果、一起畫」,以及「親子健康存摺」等亮點,活動內容豐富。奇美博物館營運處公共服務組長侯幸佑、企劃組副組長鍾佳欣等人也到場協助,讓孩子們盡情享受健康藝術之旅,帶著快樂、美好的回憶返家。
