The seventh Liaoning Fair is scheduled to be held in Shenyang from September 23 to 25. The theme of this Liaoning Fair is "New Chapter of Revitalization with New Momentum of Opening" as its theme. It is based on the requirements of high-quality development, serves to build a new development pattern, further improves the level of opening-up of Liaoning Province, strives to create a new frontier of opening-up, and strives to create a strong development atmosphere for the comprehensive revitalization of Liaoning.
