“When loss of professional ability to work is determined, one-time and monthly insurance payments are assigned. From February 1, 2026, the maximum size of a one-time payment is 163,596.35 rubles, excluding regional coefficients and allowances,” the message says.

It is clarified that the victim is also entitled to a monthly payment of up to 125,789.16 rubles in case of loss of ability to work, as well as payment of expenses for medical, social and professional rehabilitation.
